On Twitter, the Cuban minister extended to Foreign Minister Julio Cesar Arriola and Public Health and Social Welfare Ministry his gratitude.

Cuba´s Director-General of Latin America and the Caribbean Department at the Foreign Ministry (MINREX) Eugenio Martínez said Cuba and Paraguay have always enjoyed reciprocal sympathy, while acknowledging Cuba´s contribution in training Paraguayan health specialists.

This donation marks Paraguay´s extended collaboration to Cuba ahead of present situation Cuban people is going through to access to medicines and medical supplies. It´s an international solidarity that strengthens friendship relations between both nations.
