At that time, Putin said that the structures for this mechanism should be operational in all regions of the Federation this year.
In turn, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin explained that the resources would cover legal, social, psychological and medical assistance, including rehabilitation, as well as employment and education support.
