According to the Directorate of Guidance, four fighter jets flew over Lebanese skies from the sea, west of Byblos city, to northern Chekka city.
The planes remained in the national territory for five minutes until they left the country by the coast. The violation issue is monitored along with the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL).
Ali Shoeib, a reporter for a local TV channel, informed on Twitter that Israeli helicopters continuously flew over the northern settlements facing the occupied Syrian Golan.
The two countries have been at war since the State of Israel was established.
During these years, many crimes and attacks remain in the memory of the Lebanese people in the face of Tel Aviv’s ambitions to seize the waters of the Litani River and the oil and gas wealth.
