This area in the provincial capital, where both parliamentary candidates exercise their right to vote, covers the communities of the Marta Abreu University of Las Villas, Capiro-Santa Catalina, Vigia-Escambray and Manajanabo.
Central Villa Clara province, according to the current population, will have 32 lawmakers in Parliament to represent 13 municipalities, 50 percent of whom will be grassroots delegates, the rest are provincial and national representatives. Of that total, 56 percent are women and all of them have a higher education level.
