Cuba with only four new cases of Covid-19 and no deaths

Havana, Mar 25 (Prensa Latina) Cuba today reported four new cases of Covid-19 and no deaths, a sign of the country's efforts to maintain control of this disease, according to the report from the Ministry of Public Health.

The report specified that until 12 pm on Friday a total of 629 samples were analyzed, four of which confirmed the presence of the SARS-Cov-2 coronavirus, with a cumulative of 14 million 333 thousand 110 tests carried out and one million 112 thousand 760 found positive.

At the end of that day, 64 patients were admitted, 25 suspected and 39 confirmed active, all with stable clinical evolution.

The new confirmed cases (one man and three women) come from the provinces of Cienfuegos, Sancti Spíritus and Granma.

It was also reported that as of March 23, a total of 43,820,521 doses have been administered of the Cuban Soberana 02, Soberana Plus and Abdala vaccines had accumulated in the country.
