Six patients were discharged on Thursday and the number of recovered patients reached 1,104,123 since the outbreak of the pandemic in March 2020. Cuba has since then reported 1,112,756 contagions with the SARS-Cov-2 coronavirus.
No deaths have been reported, so the death toll remains at 8,530.
MINSAP informed that 90.7 percent of the Cuban population is fully vaccinated with homegrown vaccines, while 8,711,624 people have been administered booster doses.
