The Times of Israel reported that Khaldoon Al Mubarak, adviser to UAE President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, visited the country this week to deliver a message to the Israeli Government.
According to the source, Al Mubarak met separately with Head of State Isaac Herzog and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
The envoy expressed concernd over the wave of violence against Palestinians and warned that a false move by Tel Aviv during the Muslim holy month of Ramadan, could undermine the Abraham Accords, which established diplomatic relations between the two nations.
