Danis Zumaquero, third secretary in charge of Scientific and Technical Affairs of the Cuan embassy, said the presentation was in charge of Gabriela Gámez, an official for cultural issues, who stressed the importance of this law “made for the people and with the people.”
An ArciAtea representation, the Cuban Consulate General officials in Milan, and Cuban residents in Italy attended the debate, also held via videoconference.
Ivón Calaña, deputy director of the National Center for Sex Education (CENESEX), and María del Mar Otero, law school professor at the University of Havana (UH), also exchanged views with Cuban participants.
