Other important aspects are that it differentiates day-and-night working day (from 06:00 a.m. to 18:00 p.m.) as well as 100% payment of the Sunday surcharge.

The new reform seeks to crack down on violence and harassment in the workplace, as well as to strengthen protection and promotion to the right to union association.
