Local activists quoted by SANA national news agency reported that the radicals are of different nationalities and were transferred from Al-Sinaa prison in Hasakeh, controlled by the pro-US militia Syrian Democratic Forces ‘SDF’.
They specified that the Pentagon caravan entered Iraq through the illegal crossing of Semalka, after witch the radicals were taken to sites near the U.S. bases inside the neighboring territory.
According to sources, the action follows the visit of a U.S. delegation of diplomats and military experts to northeastern Syria.
Damascus and Moscow have denounced on several occasions that the United States trains and transfers terrorists who are used to attack the Syrian army´s positions and civilian communities in the desert, in order to destabilize and prolong the war in this Levantine nation.
According to Syrian medias´statistics, Daesh units are especially active in the areas geographically close to the al-Tanef base where the extremists take cover after perpetrating their attacks.
