Serbia will never accept Kosovo’s accession to the United Nations (UN), nor will it recognize its independence, self-proclaimed in 2008, President Vucic cliamed.

However, Vucic accepted to seek some mechanisms to normalize relations between ethnic Albanians and nationals living there.

He confirmed that in order to achieve this goal, the Kosovar government should create an association of municipalities that would guarantee certain independency.
