In the meantime, everything indicates that Biden´s campaign team is looking for the most suitable person to lead the eventual campaign.

Joe Biden has managed the timing of his decision, first he said it would be on January, then rumors pointed to a date close to the State of the Union address which was in February, but soon after he warned he was “just not ready”.
