The March THR issue offers readers information on the strengthening of ties between Mexico and Cuba during the recent visit president Miguel Díaz-Canel paid to that country; the role Cuban women have played since the triumph of the Revolution, on January 1, 1959; the non-fulfillment of president Joe Biden’s promises in relation to Cuba and comments on the inclusion of the island in the list of countries that allegedly sponsor terrorism.
