During his three-day stay in this capital, Vyacheslav expects to meet with Industry and Commerce Minister Sekai Nzenza and local mining industry leaders as part of the efforts to discuss potential areas of cooperation.
Zimbabwe is a power in the SADC (Southern African Development Community) region in mining and metallurgy, so we have promising areas of cooperation with mutual interests where cooperation can benefit both nations, Vyacheslav said.
The Russian visitors will also tour industrial sites specializing in machinery and equipment for wood processing, rubber production, and pharmaceutical substances, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Trade spokesperson Livit Mugejo said.
