Cuba tourist destination available for Iranian tour operators

Tehran, Feb 28 (Prensa Latina) From this Tuesday, Cuba as a tourist destination is available for tour operators and travel agencies based in Iran interested in including several places and attractions of that nation in their summer packages.

Cuba’s Ambassador to Iran, Alberto Gonzalez Casals, conducted the presentation of the Cuba Única destination and also detailed the characteristics of the different Cuban scenarios and its multi-service packages associated with tourism.

Gonzalez Casals stated that Cuba is characterized by the diversity of its products, with specialties ranging from adventure, sun, beach, mountain, culture, and health tourism highly demanded by visitors and operators.

Representatives of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts, airlines, and Latin American ambassadors accredited in the country also attended the presentation.

The ambassador called on tour operators and agents of the sector to attend the International Tourism Fair, FITCuba, to take place in Havana from May 2 to 5 and will be focused on the Cuban Cultural Heritage.
