Leading the national representation are the giants of the sector Huawei, ZTE, Lenovo, Xiaomi and OPPO, and they will also jointly show the areas where China has made the greatest progress.
Huawei, for instance, will launch 10 energy-saving devices, wireless equipment, applications using the ultra-fast 5G network, and its P60 line of smartphones, which work with second-generation satellite communication.
Xiaomi will present the 13 series of its smartphones with different ranges, while OPPO will show the Find N2 Flip foldable model, which incorporates augmented reality and faster microprocessors.
It is hoped that the presence of these and other firms from China will further interest international consumers and help reverse the decline in smartphone exports that China has experienced in recent years.
China only exported 272 million cell phones in 2022, which represented a 24.6 percent year-on-year drop.
