According to the Belarusian official website, the approval will provide both naitons with a legal instrument as a basis for scientific-technical cooperation and innovation trades.

Previously, the Council of Ministers authorized Belarusian State Committee on Science and Technology to negotiate the draft agreement and sign it “once both sides reach consensus”.
