According to the head of Russian diplomacy, the relations between the two states are developing firmly and dynamically, based on respect for international law, despite the turbulence on the international scene. In turn, Wang Yi stated that he expects new agreements between Beijing and Moscow, so he was ready to exchange views on the issues of mutual interest and other concerning international situations.

“Regardless of the international state of affairs, China remains committed to maintaining positive trends in its relations with Russia,” the Chinese official said during his meeting with the Russian foreign minister in Moscow.
