Rodrigo Wen, a partner of the agency, pointed out that Cuba’s recent inclusion among the first 20 countries approved by China to resume group visits is a moment to work and increase the promotion of its attractions in this market.
He also mentioned that he would seek to fulfill those objectives during his next trip to Cuba, where Tumei expects to take new steps to recover the flow of vacationers after three years of global impact due to Covid-19 pandemic.
Wen offered these statements during a meeting with Cuban Ambassador to China, Carlos Miguel Pereira, who updated him on his country’s actions and preparations to receive visitors from this territory.
The diplomat referred to the work underway to restore air connection through Air China and open new routes with the support of Hainan Airlines and other local firms. The Chinese agency, founded in 2006, specializes in tourism in Latin America and the Caribbean.
According to its founders, offers to Cuba enjoy great satisfaction among its customers.
