The authorities also stated that the president will set economic and social issues aside, and will rule support measures for mobilized personnel and their families, along with the development of the regions recently recovered by Russia.
In addition, the deputies are looking forward to the hearing of proposals, so as to address demographic problems and eliminate staff shortages in some sectors.
Putin will also mention the preservation of Russia’s cultural and historical heritage, “currently subjected to massive attacks by opposing forces,” according to Senator Dimitri Vasilenko.
Meanwhile, another member of the Federation Council (or Upper House), Konstantin Dolgov, said that the President will pay special attention in his speech to issues related with the international situation, as Russia is currently fighting against the whole West in Ukraine.
