Without the integrity with which the disease was faced to achieve its control, the impact would be different from the one registered, even in the Central American countries.

The international official also congratulated the scientific work developed by the Ministry of Health (MINSAL) and the National Institute of Health (INS) regarding the study of the safety of the vaccines administrated in the country to fight the disease.
