Through a statement, the aforementioned entity clarified that most of the registered earthquakes are of a magnitude of two to three degrees on the Richter scale, while two were of 4.0 and 4.3 degrees.

All of these aftershocks are mild with no potential effects, and nothing to worry about, the Center said.

More than 200 aftershocks have been reported in the area, and scientists say this process could take not just days, but months or even years.
