There are many Czech citizens living in Russia, said Fiala while speaking to students of the University of Mining in the city of Ostrava (northeast).

On Sunday, the deputy foreign minister said it is not time to expel the Russian ambassador from Czech Republic, alluding to attitude taken by other neighboring nations including Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia, which joined EU and West sanctions against Russia.
