The agreement proposes to articulate cultural, art and community projects between the two nations, as informed by Cuba´s Culture Ministry (MINCULT).
According to the statement, the executive program -included in the agreement- is based on the need to jointly promote the cultural and artistic processes. It also creates a suitable framework to increase exchanges of artistic exhibitions and academic activities.
Alonso and Villegas also met with Colombian Cultures, Arts and Knowledge Minister Patricia Ariza who was also present at the ceremony.
