According to the Ministry of Agriculture, Zimudzi reassured FAO’s commitment to the development purposes of the Ethiopian Government during a meeting with Minister Girma Amente.
Both officials agreed to review, frequently, the bilateral projects aimed at improving the food security of the Ethiopians, particularly those living in rural communities.
Meanwhile, Amente considered FAO’s assistance, including technical advice, as essential and described some of the reforms underway in order to increase and diversify agricultural production.
