In these directions, the Russian troops inflicted a fire defeat on the enemy in the areas of Ugledar settlements in the Donetsk People’s Republic, Pavlovka, and Levadnoye in the Zaporizhzhia region, inflicting more than 60 casualties and destroying three armored vehicles, Konashenkov said.

The military spokesperson added that the artillery attacked the units of the 14th and 92nd Mechanized Brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region and the Lugansk People’s Republic and eliminated more than 20 enemy military men.

In the Krasny Liman area, the Russian army hit units of two brigades of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and eliminated up to 70 military men and four American M777 howitzers over the last day, he reported.

Meanwhile, the Russian air defense forces shot down a Ukrainian Su-25 aircraft near the Donetsk town of Ugledar, as well as eight UAVs in different localities of Lugansk, Donetsk, and Zaporizhzhia, Konashenkov reported.
