Abramchenko specified that the government is studying variants of what could be supplied, financed by the reserve fund, in addition to the option of commercial supplies and credits to countries so that they can buy food from Russia, Sputnik agency reports.
She specified that Moscow is working on all these variants for the said supply and one way could be to donate food as a humanitarian mission to a group of nations, among them, friendly ones like Cuba, .
Previously, the Russian head of Agriculture, Dimitri Patrushev, announced that,in the next four months, Russia would be willing to carry out a free distribution of up to 500,000 tons of cereals to countries with few resources .
