At least 250 businesspersons are participating in this fair, to which more than 800 businessmen of different Arab nationalities were invited.

Its main objective is to recover this nation’s exports affected by the war since 2011.

The fair, organized by the Federation of Chambers of Industry and Commerce and the Textile and Garment Exporters Association, is held in five pavilions with 8,000 square meters of exhibition where clothes for men, children, and women are exhibited.

It is a leading platform for exporting high-quality textile products to foreign markets through contracts between Syrian stakeholders and entrepreneurs from other Arab nations, Muhammad Ghazwan al-Masri, head of the Federation of Syrian Chambers of Industry, told reporters.

Ghazwan al-Masri stressed the importance of overcoming the obstacles of the textile industry and providing it with the necessary support to compete strongly in foreign markets.
