According to the daily report from MINSAP, Cuba has accumulated 1,112,263 contagions since the outbreak of the pandemic in March 2020.

Health authorities reported that the death toll remains at 8,530.

The MINSAP report added that one critical patient is being treated at an intensive care unit, and no deaths from the disease have been reported in the last 24 hours.

The Ministry pointed out that 8,680,507 Cubans, 90.3 percent of the population, have received booster doses of homegrown vaccines.
