Choe ratified the DPRK’s interest in strengthening ties with the South American nation in a message sent to Venezuelan Foreign Minister Yván Eduardo Gil Pinto on Thursday, according to KCNA.
After congratulating him on his appointment, the DPRK foreign minister expressed her conviction that both nations will foster friendly relations and cooperation.
The diplomat also expressed her confidence in strengthening bilateral collaboration in the international arena in line with common interests.
The DPRK top diplomatic official wished Gil Pinto success in his responsibilities in developing the DPRK’s foreign relations.
