He added that revolutionary diplomacy reaffirms its commitment to serving the homeland and the heroic Cuban people faithfully and defending its Revolution.

The Foreign Ministry of the Republic of Cuba was created on December 23, 1959, by a decree issued by the Revolutionary Government, and replaced the State Ministry, which was created in times of the first occupation by the United States to serve the interests of US imperialism.
