He added that with the development project new residential neighborhoods will appear with the necessary social infrastructure, as well as schools and kindergartens.
According to Saldo, conditions will be created for work in the government structures and the construction of social projects.
The Arabat Spit (Arabat Arrow) consists of about 113 kilometers long and up to eight kilometers wide, separating the Sivash Bay from the Azov Sea, the southern part of it is in the Republic of Crimea, and the northern part in the Kherson region.
Referendums were held in the regions of Donetsk and Lugansk Republics, Kherson and Zaporozhye between September 23rd and 27th, with the vast majority of voters in favor of joining Russia.
On September 30th, Putin and the heads of the regions signed agreements on the accession of the new territories to the Russian Federation.
