During the talks with his counterparts, Erdogan particularly intends to discuss the problems of grain supply to poor nations through the grain corridor as he believes that the crisis can be surmounted, thanks to our country’s initiatives.

The Turkish president recalled that since the conflict began in Ukraine, Turkey has made efforts to resolve it through peaceful means.

On May 28, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, French President Emmanuel Macron, and Russia’s Vladimir Putin held a phone conversation in which they discussed the situation in Ukraine and the global food crisis.
