The platform also warned about the closing concert of the V International Dialogues Congress on Human Rights, this afternoon from the Plaza Cadenas of the University of Havana.
According to the UN website, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights is a historical document that includes the inalienable rights corresponding to all people, regardless of their race, color, religion, sex, language, political opinion or of another nature.
