The foreign minister, who is presently paying an official visit to St. Vincent and the Grenadines, recalled on Twitter Incháustegui´s while posting the National Hero José Martí´s words “…honoring those who fulfilled their duty is the most effective way (…) to stimulate others to fulfill it”.
