Anaya and his delegation were received by the secretary of the Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam in the city, Tran Luu Quang, to whom the visitor suggested promoting cooperation programs between the two parties and the city itself, especially in the fields of acupuncture, propaganda and staff training.
The VNA news agency noted that Anaya also proposed expanding collaboration in new areas in which both parties have strengths and potentials.
As part of the visit program, Anaya held a meeting on Wednesday with the member of the Political Bureau and permanent member of the Secretariat of the PCV Central Committee, Vo Van Thuong, who considered it very necessary to maintain high-level contacts between the two political organizations, which, in his words, contributes in consolidating political trust and further deepening relations of traditional friendship and cooperation between both parties and countries.
Anaya, in response, stated that the strengthening of the collaboration between the PT and the PCV not only helps to enhance the ties between the two organizations, but also improves the development of ties and comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and Mexico in the near future.
The official was received the same day by the secretary of the Central Committee of the PCV and head of its Propaganda and Education Commission, Nguyen Trong Nghia, and by the general director of the Vietnamese News Agency (VNA), Vu Viet Trang.
The national coordinator of the PT congratulated the VNA for the positive results in its mission in providing complete and timely information to the people and authorities at all levels.
