The Foreign Ministry highlighted in a statement the need to seek a negotiated agreement based on international laws and the resolutions of the United Nations Security Council.

The diplomatic institution also called to pressure Tel Aviv authorities in order to stop the violence of the Army and the settlers, as these violations amount to war crimes and are within the framework of the official escalation of Israeli aggression against our people and their rights.

The Ministry warned about the arrival of a new Israeli government, headed by Benjamin Netanyahu, who is considered a hawk for his policy towards the Palestinians in his previous terms.

It also described the members of the far-right coalition led by Netanyahu as “fascists”, especially the Religious Zionism Party, with a markedly anti-Arab, racist and homophobic discourse.
