The first detonation took place in Givat Shaul shortly after 07:00 local time, injuring 11 people, who were taken to the Shaare Zedek and Hadassah Ein Kerem hospitals.
A second explosion occurred at 7:30 a.m. near the Israeli settlement of Ramot, authorities said.
According to preliminary investigations, the explosions were caused by two devices hidden in bags.
No group has claimed responsibility for the attacks so far, amid a growing wave of violence in the occupied Palestinian territories resulting from the increase in attacks by the Israeli army and settlers, which, in turn, sparked a response from the militias.
