According to the Cuban government’s official website, Bruno Rodríguez described the visit as excellent, intense and fruitful.

The Cuban diplomat also mentioned the existing understanding regarding “the heroic struggle of our people amid difficulties and a feeling of deep gratitude for the Cuban health cooperation since 1963”.

In statements, Rodriguez said that talks with Algerian President Abdelmajid Tebboune was fruitful, friendly and profound, while recalling Tebboune´s strong support for the struggle against the economic, commercial and financial blockade imposed by the U.S. government on Cuba.
