Secretary Alejandra Frausto and the general director of Cultural Linkage, Esther Hernández, explained that the exhibition of collective artistic training processes is being carried out in 329 active Creative seedbeds in the country, as these specialized centers are called.
The Creative Hotbeds are free artistic training groups designed for girls, boys, and young people who joined the Community Cultural Program to promote cultural rights of children and young people.
“Tengo un sueño-2022” will be a national sample of the talent of Creative Hotbed’s members, who work in different artistic languages throughout the year.
Frausto expressed that the work of community culture is focused on the most needed localities to unleash peace and where the seedbeds are sown; these are the places which hurt us the most as a society because social and gender violence has prevailed there, or, there is deep poverty and marginalization.
