Meanwhile, Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian particularly accused Germany of trying to undermine long-standing diplomatic relations.
Addressing his German counterpart, Annalena Baerbock, Amir-Abdollahian condemned German authorities’ provocative, interventionist, and undiplomatic stances.
Tensions between Iran and the West have escalated in the past month following constant accusations by the Iranian Government on the involvement of the United States, Israel, and its European allies in violent riots and air strikes to destabilize the country.
