The sentence requested against Lozoya would result from applying the highest penalties for each crime he is accused of. These are: ten years for criminal association, 15 years for operations with resources of illicit origin, and 15 years for bribery, only in those related to the Brazilian company.
The proceedings will take place at the Federal Criminal Justice Center located in the North Prison, where the criminal case will be reviewed and in which Lozoya is accused of having received in bribes, 10.5 million dollars from the construction company Odebrecht.
