Reports from the National Hurricane Center (CNH) warned on Tuesday that Storm Lisa may find favorable conditions to become hurricane as it approaches north of Honduras and threatens rainfalls north of El Salvador.

The effects may be felt Wednesday night with pelting rains and storms, which force local authorities on taking pressing measures in these areas.

According to reports, the Environment and Natural Resources Ministry (MARN) keeps permanent monitoring of Lisa´s tracking to provide population with updated and timely information.
