The deputy foreign minister added that African ambassadors to Moscow follow the situation closely and are in contact with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on the issue.
Russia, Türkiye, and the United Nations signed an agreement on July 22 to unblock the exports of grains and fertilizers from Ukraine amid hostilities.
The Ukrainian Government’s representatives penned a similar document with representatives from Türkiye and the United Nations.
In addition, Moscow inked a memorandum with the United Nations to facilitate the exports of Russian fertilizers and agricultural products to global markets.
In the context of the so-called Black Sea Grain Initiative, a Joint Coordination Center was set up in Istanbul to ensure the safety of bulk carriers transporting grains from Ukraine and carry out relevant inspections.
