Cuba has many talents: music, dances, handmade cigars, and boasts of having nine sites declared World Heritage Sites, and three other places on the UNESCO tentative list, says the publication.

The Telegraph also highlights that the Caribbean island has a unique atmosphere, born with the Revolution and reflected in its “shiny vintage cars, seductive music and the decadent grandeur of its colonial cities.

Cuba is also safe, with a level of crime among the lowest in the world, adds the newspaper, which considers the absence of luxury spas and haute cuisine, as a result of economic and political isolation (imposed by the United States). It is offset by the opportunity to live a Caribbean experience like no other island in the region.
