Paying an official visit to Cuba on the occasion of the 4th International health Congress “Cuba-Health 2022”, the Romanian minister told Saborido about availability of doctoral scholarships from the Medical Universities in Romania.

During the meeting, both ministers discussed other issues related to academic exchanges in higher education, Saborido posted on Twitter.
