The detainees were collaborating with the intelligence services, the armed forces and the nationalist factions of Ukraine in the territories of said provinces, the report added.

The FSB operating in the provinces reported having found two hidden caches hiding man-portable anti-aircraft missile launchers, 15 anti-tank systems with more than 90 missiles for them, and some 6,500 rounds of different calibers.
