On his Twitter account, the head of State pointed out that “with intensity and quality at work, the difficult days will be fewer.”

He added, “In everything we do, we must continue calling for the participation of the population because together we can make further progress in recovering from the damage.”

He insisted on what was expressed at a meeting on Friday to check the recovery actions, at which he also stressed the need to keep people informed about the progress of the works.

At the meeting, the president affirmed that the most urgent issues in the territories are the restitution of power, communications and water.

Forces from all over the country remain mobilized to achieve recovery in the shortest time possible, an effort that has enjoyed international solidarity and that from the Cuban citizens themselves.
