During the 10th Political Bureau meeting of the 8th WPK Central Committee held on Sunday, the participants called for mobilizing all forces and means to harvest and thresh grain.

They also stressed the importance of improving the collection and supply of food and intensively tackling the obstacles that hinder the implementation of the Party’s and the State’s strategy for the agricultural sector.

According to the Korean media, the state of agriculture in this nation was also analyzed during the meeting led by Jo Yong Won, Secretary for Organizational Affairs of the WPK Central Committee.

The members of the Workers’ Party of Korea also discussed strategies for the full implementation of the corresponding agricultural policies and adopted a resolution aimed at this goal.
