Cuba, Algeria confirm excellent bilateral relations

United Nations, Sep 22 (Prensa Latina) Cuba and Algeria on Thursday confirmed the excellent political relations between the two nations, Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez said in a meeting held in New York with his Algerian counterpart Ramtane Lamamra, where both sides reaffirmed the need to strengthen economic and trade ties.

On Thursday, Bruno Rodriguez also met with Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister Pham Bin Minh, as part of his working agenda in the context of the 77th session of the UN General Assembly (UNGA).

The Cuban foreign minister underscored Cuba´ close relations with Vietnam as well as his country´s willingness to strengthen economic, trade, financial and cooperation ties.
